Our growing team is looking for a talented Associate Director of Content & Creative with a strong background in marketing strategy, content creation, design principles, digital advertising and a foundation in project management.

The Associate Director will help lead the creative process, blending disciplines including content, design, technology and marketing. The Associate Director will also serve as the digital project leader, managing timelines and ensuring projects are delivered on strategy, on scope and within deadlines. 

Projects include website development, digital marketing campaigns, additional digital products, identity work and more.  We are looking for someone interested in developing their career, who enjoys building beautiful and effective digital products.

What You’ll be doing:
  • Manage the creative process for digital projects from concept to completion

  • Work with stakeholders to develop project specifications and lead strategic conversations

  • Translate client requests and strategic goals into wireframes, prototypes and designs

  • Develop copy/content that is in line with the brand voice and strategy

  • Ensure visual concepts and copy are cohesive and brand standards are met

  • Proactively identify and communicate project risks and propose solutions

  • Evaluate creative work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams

  • Prepare and present client creative presentations — Drive the client approval process 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking and providing consistent and concise progress reports to stakeholders and leadership

  • Key client point person on the creative team - bring energy to lead the discussion for client calls, earn trust from the client, and make sure client’s expectations are being met and exceeded


  • 5+ years of overall creative experience (with 1-2+ years of project/team management experience) with a design firm, advertising / creative agency, or in-house creative department

  • A strong creative pedigree with a track record of delivering effective and outstanding creative work with a background in art direction, graphic design, or copywriting

  • Ample hands-on work experience (you are a "do-er" – art director or writer) coupled with some management experience (you are ready to lead a team – formally or informally)

  • Proficiency in developing creative for marketing campaigns—with a heavy focus on digital

  • Engaging presentation skills and a track record of successfully selling and executing strategic creative ideas

  • Consistent attention to detail

  • An unwavering curiosity for creative and cultural innovation
