IV Interactive is looking for an experienced Digital & Search Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will help lead digital and search marketing strategy for a nationwide client-base, while managing a small, high performing team. Our ideal team member is highly-organized with the ability to think strategically, strong analytical abilities and a talent for creative problem-solving. You will collaborate on the creation, execution and optimization of ongoing paid search, paid social, and other digital marketing campaigns.

The position requires a degree in marketing, advertising, communications or equivalent experience in a related field and 5+ years of experience. We offer excellent compensation and benefits, including health, dental, vision and retirement. Hybrid-remote work is available for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Refine and develop paid digital strategy for agency clients with a keen focus on both short-term “wins” and long-term growth
  • Execute and manage multiple campaigns, including setup of accounts and campaigns with best practice guidelines, ongoing testing and performance optimization and budget management to meet campaign goals
  • Design and develop processes and dashboards to monitor performance and optimization strategies across marketing channels to drive conversions.
  • Set up and manage paid search, social, and display campaigns
  • Create campaign strategies, including budget, targeting, and creative recommendations
  • Troubleshoot and adjust campaigns to improve performance
  • Pace and optimize campaign spend against daily/monthly budgets
  • Perform competitive analysis and research to identify high-value opportunities
  • Collaborate with design, account, and technology teams
  • Ability to create reports relaying complex data sets and effectively communicate performance to clients

Qualifications

  • The position requires a degree in marketing, advertising, communications or equivalent experience in a related field and 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience managing paid search campaigns (Adwords, Bing)
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience with analytics & testing tools (Google Analytics)
  • Experience with Supermetrics and other marketing automation tools
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and methodologies
  • Ability to create reports relaying complex data sets for clients
